The Trey Baring Foundation
The Trey Baring Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families who have experienced the heartbreaking loss of a spouse due to illness or unexpected circumstances. Focused on helping single parents navigate the challenges of raising children alone, the Foundation provides financial assistance to cover the cost of summer camps for children of these parents. The Foundation recognizes the importance of providing children with opportunities for personal growth, socialization, and fun during difficult times. By offering these essential experiences, the Foundation seeks to ease the burden of grieving families while giving children a chance to heal and build lasting memories.
Through donations and fundraising efforts, the Trey Baring Foundation continues to work toward its mission of bringing hope, joy, and support to those facing the toughest of circumstances.
About Trey
My son Trey had a love for Tennis and pickleball, which was his main profession, and loved helping others learn these sports. He was deeply devoted and loved his wife Rachel and their son Reeves. His amazing smile was his trademark. At just 32 years old, he passed away after an 87-day battle with a very rare cancer NUT Carcinoma. Watching his 30-year-old wife face life without him, while caring for their young child, has moved us profoundly.
In his honor and inspired by the strength and love he showed throughout his life, we have started a foundation to carry forward his legacy of compassion, resilience, devotion and love.
