In Honor of Families Who Have Lost a Spouse and Parent

Each summer, The Trey Baring Foundation offers a limited number of full and partial scholarships for children who have experienced the loss of a parent due to illness or tragedy. This scholarship is intended to provide a safe, nurturing, and joyful camp experience to support healing and connection.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The applicant child must have lost a parent to illness or a tragic event.
  • The surviving parent or legal guardian must complete this application.
  • The child must be between the ages of Kindergarten and 8th Grade.
  • Application must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
  • Submit one application per child per camp.
